Food & Beverage

Our menus are based upon our philosophy of Thoughtfully Sourced, Carefully Served and we make every effort to source foods that are additive, antibiotic and hormone free. While we utilize healthy fats we also limit the amount we use along with salt. There is a good percentage of natural not processed food in our menus. Healthy options are available during all meal periods. We purchase sustainable fish, cage free eggs and either organic or natural chicken. When possible we use local seasonal produce in our kitchens. We believe in protecting species, the humane treatment of animals and partner with food producers who use methods that minimize the effect on our environment.

We utilize local small growers, producers and artisans. This helps keep our community financially strong while at the same time limiting our carbon foot print.
